Alternate Relationship Plan (ARP) Long Term Care Intercare
MK Strategy Group, Inc. provides project management and evaluation services for the implementation of the project. The Long Term Care Alternate Relationship Plan program focuses on medical service delivery in long term care centers. The ARP model created for this program will generate innovative methods for the delivery of care through collaborative partnerships, coordination of care, studious evaluation, and stakeholder dedication.

Accommodation Standards Supportive Living and
Long Term Care Facilities in Alberta

MK Strategy Group, Inc. team designed and delivered the provincial educational orientation program on the Accommodation Standards on behalf of Alberta Seniors and Community Supports. We successfully coordinated and facilitated 32 orientation sessions with 450 operators representing 318 facilities across Alberta. This project was a component of the Accommodation Services Implementation Project (ASIP) which received the Premier's Award of Excellence as a 2008 Gold Recipient.
