Monica’s desire to make a difference in organizations and in society led her to establish MK Strategy Group, Inc. in 2000. To this strong commitment, she brings her exceptional abilities as an energetic team leader, insightful strategic thinker and inspiring community developer. She is passionate for creative thought.

With more than 25 years of experience including senior management positions, Monica has demonstrated expertise in administration, planning and evaluation across a broad spectrum of community and social service programs, health and wellness systems, business environments and the community at large.

The entrepreneurial spirit that led her to establish MK Strategy Group, Inc. is reflected in her work with clients. She thrives on listening and understanding, outside-the-box thinking, and energizing others. She and the Group are dedicated to providing custom work and quality outcomes.

Monica’s holistic approach, flexibility, exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills, creativity, cultural knowledge and innovation are qualities that consistently bring success to her clients.

A non-stop continuous learner and contributor to community and professional practice Monica is a member of the Canadian College of Health Service Executives (CCHSE) and a Certified Corporate Director with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D). She is a Corporate Director with Calgary Economic Development and Clinical Associate Faculty of Nursing, University of Calgary. She serves as president of two condominium strata boards.
