In the spring of 2000, Monica established MK Strategy Group, Inc.. Monica has over 20 years experience in governance, administration, planning and education. She has worked in a broad spectrum of sectors including community development, health and wellness systems, business environments, and partnership development. Monica demonstrates strong leadership and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill using a holistic approach. Her flexibility, exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills, creativity, cultural awareness and innovation are qualities that bring success to her projects.

MARA GRUNAU, BEd, MPA

Mara has significant experience in the administration and governance of learning environments. Trained as a teacher, Mara earned her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Queen’s University. She is people-focused and enjoys collaborative problem-solving. Mara is skilled in project development, implementation, analysis and evaluation. She strives to provide clients with practical solutions and results.

Breanne has an educational background in policy studies which has given her experience in the development of planning frameworks that synthesize ideas and lead to action. Her analytical ability has been gained through her diverse experience in private, public and non-profit sector projects. Her positive energy and realistic attitude generate creative ideas, with attention to detail from project start to finish.

CHERYL HALLAM

As our in-house Graphic Designer, Cheryl is an effective visual organizer. She recognizes today’s businesses must have compelling materials that are clear, eye-catching and memorable. Cheryl has over 10 years of experience creating pieces for corporate to small business clients and has always felt grateful for the opportunity to listen to clients needs and help to create solutions. Her design skills repeatedly impress, with her creative eye for detail and exceptional time management abilities.
